Mangoes have been grown in India for more than 4 000 years. Beyond being delicious and rich in vitamins, minerals and anti-oxidants, mangoes contain an enzyme that acts as a digestive aid. What’s more, an average sized mango can contain up to 40% of the daily fibre requirement, plus for the physically active, these fruit are ideal for replenishing lost potassium.
