So, you would like to breastfeed your baby, born via surrogate or adoption? Wonderful! Not only is it possible, it is fairly easy and chances are you will produce a significant amount of milk. You do not need a breast pump to breastfeed; uninformed use of a breast pump can lead to premature weaning. There are very few circumstances under which it is necessary to express your milk.
